  • Third-party cookies are set by a domain other than the one you are visiting (for example, a cookie set by an advertising network embedded in a page). The Stalwart Labs websites do not set any third-party cookies.

Cookies we set

All cookies described below are first-party cookies set by Stalwart Labs Ltd. They are strictly necessary for the operation of the Websites under Regulation 6(4) of the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (PECR) and Article 5(3) of the EU ePrivacy Directive, which means that no prior consent is required for them under UK or EU law.

license.stalw.art (Licensing Portal)

The Licensing Portal sets a small number of strictly necessary first-party cookies to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery while you manage your account. These are session cookies (cleared when you close your browser) or short-lived persistent cookies, set with the Secure, HttpOnly, and SameSite=Lax (or SameSite=Strict) attributes as appropriate.

support.stalw.art (Support Portal)

The Support Portal sets a small number of strictly necessary first-party cookies to:

  • keep you signed in to your account on the public forum and on the private priority support area;
  • protect against cross-site request forgery on form submissions and ticket actions;
  • remember your in-portal preferences (for example, sort order or theme) where you have chosen to set them.

These are session cookies (cleared when you close your browser) or short-lived persistent cookies, set with the Secure, HttpOnly, and SameSite=Lax (or SameSite=Strict) attributes as appropriate. The Support Portal does not load third-party trackers.

Your choices regarding cookies

Because all the cookies we set are strictly necessary, the Websites do not display a cookie banner. If you reject or block these cookies in your browser, the marketing site and documentation will continue to work, but you will not be able to remain signed in to the Licensing Portal or the Support Portal.

If you would like to delete cookies or instruct your web browser to delete or refuse cookies, please visit the help pages of your browser:

Changes to this policy

If we ever introduce non-essential cookies or any third-party tracking technology, we will update this policy and present a consent mechanism before any such cookie is set, in accordance with PECR and the EU ePrivacy Directive.
